DATSUN: Nothing but Performance

Datsun came up with there entry level car GO in Indian market and had success.

Datsun even in its top variant doesn’t come up with ABS, electronic mirrors, rear side power window and many other top features but Datsun had done there homework well. They came up with ample amount of space. Comparing with rivals (Nano, Eon, Alto) its bigger in dimensions, larger wheelbase, boot can even swallow your refrigerator, sufficient leg room in rear too. They took gear stick and handbrake on dashboard providing seats un partitioned and comfortable.

Rain sensors, follow me lamps and steering sensors add to drivability. Trip meter provides information like kilometers to empty, real time average, total average and trip meter. Mobile talking dock with aux connector, speakers on door and mobile charging point fulfills the entertainment.

Seats are thin, cabin is basic and dull, finishing and built quality is poor, Cabin insulation is poor too which keeps passengers annoying.

But when you come on driving seat you gonna definitely forget every con, the throttle response of it’s 1.2L motor is so thrilling you can’t stop yourself from accelerating. Accelerator clutch brake paddles are aligned bit closer which creates problem sometimes during switching the pedal faster. It can go more than 160 kmph with confidence all due to its precise steering. Extra thick ventilated disc makes braking effective too. Suspension swallow pot holes very well.

It is complete drivers car nothing to do with passengers.
